I need to sell my house fast?
I’ve seen a few ads for those investors who will buy my house fast. I’m seriously considering fore-going the lengthy real estate for sale cycle, not to mention the expensive realtor commission. What questions should I ask before I contract with one of these “we buy houses” guys?
as an investor myself i look at a house to see if I can make 20% on a deal..that doesn’t mean if the market value of your house is say 200,000 i am going to offer you 160,000 . I have to consider how much it costs for any needed repairs?updating, what my holding costs would be for 6months to a year before it is sold. interest on loans taxes hoa fees insurance and realtor fees if i needed to hire one to sell it..generally i offer someone between 50 to 70% of market value depending of the condition ,location and market conditions.
