Buying / Selling a home?
I know how hard it is to buy and sell at the same time. We currently own a condo, but I wanted buy a house but no money for a down payment. The only way you can pay a deposit to sell the floor – but we have doubts because of the complications that may arise. What are the pros and cons? Thanks.
It is not really that complicated than that. This is the position of most people when they buy a new home. Of course, the market being what it is today, is slightly different. The thing is to find a new place, write an offer, and make the contract depends on the sale of your condo. So that means if the floor is not sold, do not buy the new house. Now, many sellers do not accept emergency contracts – This is a reverse process to put your flat for sale and if you receive an offer, you can sell your condo in order to find a new home or just sell the flat, no urgency and determination to yourself short-term rent until you find what you want (and resolves that "Having money in hand" problem with the purchase of a new place). If you are in a situation emergency, you can do some things. Many people choose to write their contracts to close on the sale of its former place in the morning and the purchase of your new place pm the same day. It's chaotic, but sometimes (in fact, I'm seeing someone do that next week). Sometimes the closing to sell your old house the day before or days before and would accept to rent your apartment for a day or two (or even a week) while you wait to close the new place. It seems more complicated than it is. And really, the purchase of a stress is something general. But most people are in your situation. A good real estate agent and mortgage representative will guide you through your options and help you enter the home you want with less stress.
