Agent Development
Classroom Training – For those agents that like to learn in a classroom setting we offer weekly production training. These classes cover a wide array of topics from setting up your business plan, how to work FSBO’s, calling expired listings, taking a listing and more. These classes are a great way to learn if you’re just getting started or to give your business a jump start.
Online Training - At Connect we realize that not every agent can make it into a classroom for training. That’s why we have contracted with Rich Castor & Company to produce some of the most informative and educational videos for our agents. These videos and training sessions are online and at your disposal 24/7 whenever you need a quick review or have time for continuing education. The training series is also designed to assist Mentors and Trainees in conjunction with our mentorship program.
Rich Casto has served at all levels, personally trained over 15,000 brokers and agents and helped clients double and even triple their business. He is recognized as a top trainer/coach nationwide, delivering value-packed training events and is currently a columnist for Realty Times, Broker Agent Magazine, FrogPond, and Broker Agent News.
Mentorship Program – For new agents just starting their real estate career Connect Realty offers a full mentorship program to ensure your success.
What is Mentoring?
The purpose of Connect Realty’s mentorship program is to give the Agent trainee access to the knowledge and experience that years in the Real Estate Industry have provided. In order to strengthen that foundation, the Mentor will focus on several strategies that will build confidence by incorporating a range of successful tools.
Mentors:
• Help Agents set specific goals and then reach those goals.
• Assist Agents to do more than they would have done on their own.
• Provide the tools, support, and structure to produce results more quickly.
• Exalt in successes and turn failure into a learning experience.
• Show their Agents how to do things and advise them about the way things work.
• Are nurturing; they inspire and motivate.
