What is the advantage of using a real estate agent specializing in foreclosures?
Looking to buy a house I was told by many who should pay the $ 300 check to get a house before – ideas on this process? Is this a normal retention device? I can not avoid attacks regular agent?
Who is this mandate? Sounds like a pot to me. Any real estate agent can represent whether is a REO or properties in the MLS listing.
