Owner to the vacation home for sale in the center of our 1 year contract?
Owner hopes to deal with real estate agents, the MLS appeals and the projection of the house constantly .. ie (2-5 and 2-7 indices calls a week) is a programming nightmare, we have kids! We have been informed to apply for rent reduction. Is there a deduction in the rent? What is a fair amount of the deduction?
