What is the difference between home and the resale of foreclosure?
I found some very nice houses that I like, but ready appears as the reseller can someone please explain me what is the difference between foreclosure and resale.How much paper work you need when you buy resale? How long it takes to make the deal happen?
I guess you could think of short sales and not for resale. Resale is simply a house that is newly built.
