When working with a realtor, how the sale by owner houses work?
Working with a real estate agent houses to see. With him, I discovered a neighborhood that I love. We decided to wait until some thing in this neighborhood is on the market. Now I've found two in this neighborhood, but both sold by the owner. How I can do? Where to do it myself or go to the realtor? I am a first time buyer and would like having someone as a real estate agent to walk me through the process. I am not under contract with the realtor, but feel guilty just made something for myself. Do not want to go near the house due to a real estate agent. Any ideas?
You can go through your real estate agent or on his behalf. Since you are the agent of first time real estate may be a better idea to address the necessary questions. For sale by owner: the owner manages same for all, so do not give a piece of their profits to anyone.
