IT IS SIMPLE! Connect Realty offers agents an opportunity to earn a true 80% commission split with NO Franchise Fees or Transaction Fees! As a tenured agent with 5 or more “lifetime” transactions you are eligible for an 80% commission split that will not reset every year. New agents will earn a 70% commission split until they achieve their 5 transactions.  

Referral Income
At the heart of Connect Realty’s Agent Compensation Plan is our Referral Income Compensation Package. Connect Realty firmly believes that any licensed real estate agent who referes other agents to join Connect should receive a bonus in return for their referral efforts.
Not only does Connect Realty believe that agents should be rewarded for directly referring other agents but that those agents who refer other agents should also be rewarded. Connects Referral Income Package does not end there!
Connect will also pay a referral for the third generation of agents referred.
