Connect Realty was launched by Jim Canion, brother of Rod Canion who is well known for the founding of Compaq computer corporation. The Canion brothers currently own and operate American Crest Inc. a major backer of Connect Realty. Rod Canions achievements are astounding as Compaq computers still holds the record for the fastest company in American history to the one billion dollar mark and the fastest company to reach the fortune 500.
Why does that matter to you? Because these men and other innovative business men and women from the Texas area have introduced the real estate model of the future.
Connect Realty.com, Inc. is headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas. Mr. Canion realized that the traditional “brick & mortar” real estate franchise model was failing to meet both the needs of the agents and their valued clients. He brought together some of the brightest technology-oriented real estate professionals to form Connect Realty.com.
Our Three Goals
First Goal - Create a virtual full service real estate company that believes the real estate agent is their customer, not a franchise owner.
Second Goal – Provide buyers and sellers an outstanding experience by providing our agents with cutting edge, web-based advertising and communications tools to assist them in the marketing and purchasing of homes for their valued clients.
Third Goal – Leverage the cost savings from this new technology model to create the industry’s most aggressive and unique compensation plan to attract and retain the best real estate agents in the industry.
The Results
Connect Realty.com is now representing clients in Arizona, California, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Wisconsin and Washington, and will expand to additional states in 2009.
