Sims 2 community lot ideas, anybody?

Okay, on sims 2 I have a train station, a graveyard, a fast food restaurant (eventually), a restaurant, a library (eventually), a coffee shop (eventually), a grocery store, a surplus store, a real estate office, a bowling alley, a roller rink, an ice arena, a rec center, a park, a spa, a campground, a jungle exibit, a hotel, a trailer park, an apartment complex (eventually), a museum, a beach, a gym, an art gallery, a mega mall, a strip mall, a clothing booth, a farm (eventually), and a castle; does anybody have any ideas as to what i should create next?

Maybe an amusement park? You’d have to download extra custom content for that, but I remember seeing a carnival available for download on modthesims2.com
I also have an arcade, and an internet cafe. Sounds like you’ve pretty much covered the basis.
I can’t remember, but did you say grocery store? that wouldn’t be all that interesting, but it’s something new if you don’t have it.
