"I can put my house on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), without being a Realtor?
I live in Maryland and do not use an agent Real Estate to sell my house.
I'll be honest … If you do not want to use a realtor to sell your house, why do you want to use MLS? You must wonder why not to use a realtor and if any of the answers is that you feel the service is not worth the money then the MLS is part of the service offered by real estate agents. The MLS is in place because REALTORS pay to get there. These are multiple "Announcement" The service multiple "In For Sale By Owner "services. The reason you pay for the service of a real estate agent because the system is up to you the most from home, is published and accessible to potential buyers through many advertising vehicles, such as advertising your MLS home not only to all estate agents in your area, but buyers from around the world on the Internet. But if you do not feel a realtor is worth money, then you should not value the MLS, a service payment for real estate agents. There are other vehicles available to advertise your home as a "sale by owner." You have full access to them. But I have to ask – Why replace your home? Why not sell your home to the largest number of buyers who are looking for a home? You get the greatest price for your home when it is available for many buyers. Sorry to sound harsh, but I felt I had to say.
