Did you sell a house without a real estate agent to help?
I would not have to pay a commission of this agency and the sale my home for sale by owner but I have no idea what I'm doing or where to start. Those of you who have done this before can tell me if you would to do and why reason? All resources that helped him would be good too! Thanks!
Do a Google search of homes for sale by owner. You will come with more than one million hits. What are the chances of your home are in this mess? If the list with a real estate agent will appear at home the local MLS for all actors in the region to see appear on Realtor.com, which is probably the most popular home buyers view to use. Odds is much better than the house announcing a realtor and expsoure is what you need. If the list in a sale by the owner of view most people will respond add real estate agents looking for clues, some for sale by owners to check their competitors or investors who try to low ball you. Keep this announcement every two or the next week and see how many people actually selling your own home, you will not be very many, especially those sold on the market today (I know that not all markets is the same).
